Hi there, I’m Debbie, and I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis (autoimmune hypothyroid) back in 2011.  Although I was prescribed thyroid medication, I spent the first 9 years still dealing with lingering symptoms, trying many different ways to get rid of them only to become more and more frustrated as nothing seemed to work long term.

Fast forward to today and I've discovered a way of looking at my ‘autoimmune’ thyroid issue that was a complete game changer.  As it turns out, there is a new perspective for dealing with an underactive thyroid that very few people know about and yet it has already helped thousands of women.

Once I started to make the RIGHT diet and lifestyle changes for me, it was so
worth it!  I am no longer dealing with these symptoms and in fact, I’ve been able to get off both of my thyroid medications. 

And if I start to have a relapse of one of my symptoms, I know exactly why it happened and can turn things around very quickly – often in just a few days.

Even though it's becoming more and more commonplace to be diagnosed with a

thyroid condition, it’s also very common to still be dealing with lingering symptoms despite taking thyroid medication ... BUT IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE THIS WAY.

Despite taking 2 thyroid medications, I continued to deal with the following symptoms. 

How many symptoms are YOU still dealing with?

  • Lack of energy especially after meals and in the evening

  • Mood changes – swinging between low mood and anxious irritability

  • Having times when out of nowhere my energy would suddenly and dramatically increase
    (I thought it was great until I learned why this was happening)

  • Finding it hard to wake up in the morning

  • Waking up in the middle of the night and not being able to sleep for an hour or longer

  • Hair thinning and starting to recede (including the outer part of my eyebrows)

  • Feeling chilled or finding it hard to warm up after being out in cold weather

  • Brain fog and memory issues

  • Occasional joint pain in my hands

  • Brittle, coarse hair
