Just like there are diagnostic tools available to check electrical connections or gauges to check tire pressure, ‘tuning into’ your own body can provide you with valuable information.

I see so many people that eat what they want and haven’t made the connection that some of their food choices can and probably already have affected their health in a noticeable way. 

There is a good possibility that if they just eliminated a food or two and/or added in some foods they didn’t know could make a difference, it may be just enough to help them start feeling better.   Rather than ‘suffering in silence’, wouldn’t it be better for them to ‘tune in’ and then try some simple changes?

Many people think that their symptoms are a result of "getting older" or "it runs in the family".  It's hardly ever the real reason they are feeling the way they do!  It’s about what someone does on a daily basis and what they put into their body. The more we take care of our bodies, the healthier they will be. It’s as simple as that!

About Me

I have been involved with natural health for several years now and graduated as a Holistic Nutritionist in 2015.  Even before I began my studies in natural nutrition, I had spent a lot of time and effort trying to improve my health (or my family's) using the information I had found in books, online or through talking with people who were on the same journey.  Sometimes it helped but most of the time I was never able to achieve the results I wanted. 

In 2016, I happened upon the teachings of Medical Medium.  I was skeptical at first but I continued to follow him on social media for about a year.  What was amazing was how many testimonials were being posted by individuals who were helped by his information.  So I decided to try a few of his recommendations.


Finally, using my holistic nutrition education as an important foundation, combined with the valuable insights from Medical Medium, the pieces of the puzzle came together.  A couple of my symptoms went away almost overnight, others improved day by day or week by week, one autoimmune condition has been reversed and my second autoimmune skin condition is showing continual signs of progress. 

Some of you may be aware of the teachings and principles provided by Anthony William, aka Medical Medium. Some of his teachings are in line with conventional medicine and some are in line with natural medicine.  However, he teaches many new principles that conventional and natural medicine either may not be aware of or would not yet be in agreement with.  For me, as skeptical as I was in the beginning, I now see that his valuable insights can provide the pieces of the puzzle that change everything. 

If you are new to all of this natural nutrition ‘stuff’ and have wanted to get started, you know it can be pretty overwhelming.  That's why I developed these nutrition maintenance manuals.

Why were these guides created?


I’ve talked to so many people that just need to know what steps they can take to improve their own health.  They’re tired of the overwhelming amount of information out there … and how no one seems to agree on what actually are the right steps.

I can’t tell you how much time, effort and supplement dollars I’ve personally spent in my search to relieve certain symptoms and feel better.  Some of the information or supplements were either a complete waste of time or they helped a little bit but they weren’t the final solution by any means.  Through that process I ended up learning a lot about what concepts work, what supplements work, how important food choices are, etc.  

So I have taken all of this information and condensed them into specific 'maintenance manuals’ laying out the steps you can take for different areas of concern.   Each ‘maintenance manual’ is simple and straightforward, using what I have found to work best for the majority of people.
